Markó & Udrea organized the workshop “Recommendable precautions and contractual clauses in the context of the New Civil Code”

On March 7th 2013 Markó & Udrea in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture in Romania organized a workshop regarding the “ Recommendable precautions and contractual clauses in the context of the New Civil Code”.
The goals of the workshop were to present several aspects to which economic agents should pay attention when negotiating and concluding commercial agreements and to provide practical recommendations regarding several contractual clauses to be inserted in such agreements.
