- Providing assistance to a professional association in an industry investigation started by the Competition Council
- Assisting and representing a leading company acting in the waste management field in the preliminary analysis carried out by the Competition Council further to a complaint for abuse of dominant position and the litigation related thereto
- Assisting a global sugar confectionery producer in the process of developing its distribution system in Romania
- Review of the standard agreements to be concluded by a major producer of crop protection products and seeds with its distributors
- Continuous legal assistance to a company from the oil and gas distribution field in the process of reviewing and updating the standard agreements used in its distribution network.
